My House Online was established as a solution for the clients who were looking to move and would like to use a Modern Local Agent with Traditional Values. Based in King's Lynn we aim to offer a service with a dedicated letting agent to look after your property and be your one consistent point of contact, offering local expertise and advice coupled with community links and a 24/7 service.

Why use us :

As there are no industry-wide standards or legally-bound practices for letting agents, it is often difficult to know what service your letting agent will provide and how much they will charge. We are members of The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and National Landlords Association (NLA), so you know that we are part of a nationally recognised and approved body.

We are offering two types of lettings and property management services:

We offer a unique, relaxed money-saving experience in looking for a buy – to – let, choosing which house to rent or let one of your probably most expensive possessions. We are available 24/7, so landlords and tenants can reach us 365 days a year.

Our office in based in King’s Lynn and our local knowledge of the area is second to none. Our dedicated team speak a number of European languages and will strive to ensure that your move will take place with minimal stress or expense, keeping you well informed along the way.

Property Management

We believe in a long-term relationship and understand that we have to earn people’s trust. We make sure that we have a dedicated property manager for each property so tenants and a landlord have one consistent point of contact.

Many of us at My House Online are landlords ourselves and know only too well the frustrations of working with an unresponsive agent. You will receive a regular report on your property status, issues are checked periodically with existing tenancies and respond to all service enquiries.

We create a full inventory of each property, photographing the condition of every fixture, fitting and items provided. This will be used for regular checks throughout the tenancy, and reported to you with a maintenance schedule to ensure your property remains in good repair.

Your rent in held on our client account and we ensure rental income is passed swiftly to you and provide a monthly rental statement that also details any maintenance costs if required.
